At Prime Containers Depot, we are committed to supplying quality shipping containers and providing dependable customer service. Every container is inspected before delivery to help ensure it matches the condition and specifications confirmed with your order.

Please read this Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Container Inspection

Each shipping container is inspected before delivery to verify:

  • Overall structural integrity

  • Doors open and close properly

  • Locking mechanisms function correctly

  • Floor condition

  • Container condition matches the purchased description (New, One Trip, or Used)

Product Condition

Shipping containers are sold according to the condition described at the time of purchase.

Condition descriptions may include:

  • New / One Trip

  • Used

  • Cargo Worthy (if specified)

  • Wind & Watertight (if specified)

Customers should review the product description carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting your container immediately upon delivery.

If you believe the delivered container does not match your confirmed order or has sustained visible damage during transportation, please notify us promptly and provide photographs along with your order information.

Warranty Coverage

If a product is found to differ materially from the confirmed order or arrives with verified delivery-related damage, Prime Containers Depot will review the matter and work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.

Any resolution will be assessed based on the individual circumstances and applicable law.

Warranty Limitations

This Warranty Policy does not cover:

  • Normal cosmetic wear associated with used containers.

  • Damage caused after delivery.

  • Customer modifications or alterations.

  • Improper installation or use.

  • Damage caused by severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, or misuse.

  • Normal aging, rust, or wear consistent with the purchased condition.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting the container upon delivery.

  • Using the container appropriately.

  • Maintaining the container after delivery.

  • Reporting any concerns promptly after delivery.
