Order Review

Before completing your purchase, please verify:

  • Container condition (New, One Trip, or Used)

  • Delivery address

  • Contact information

  • Any special delivery instructions

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been scheduled for dispatch.

If your order has already been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

Due to the size, transportation requirements, and nature of shipping containers, returns are generally not accepted once a container has been delivered and accepted by the customer, except where required by applicable law or if the delivered product does not match the confirmed order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your shipping container upon delivery.

If you believe you received:

  • The wrong container

  • A container that differs materially from your confirmed order

  • Visible shipping damage

please notify us promptly and provide photographs along with your order number. We will review your request and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds, where applicable, may be issued when:

  • An order is cancelled before shipment.

  • We are unable to fulfill a confirmed order.

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

  • Another resolution has been agreed upon by both parties.

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations
