Cancelling Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared for shipment or scheduled for delivery.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Orders Already Scheduled for Delivery
Once an order has been prepared, loaded, or scheduled for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is still available at that stage, additional costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
